I have struggled with insomnia almost all my life. I far as i can remember, I used to wake up in the middle of the night even at a young age ad could not sleep. I have seen so many specialists and sleep doctors but nothing seem to help me. Now I have even stopped consulting for this sleep problem. I was aware of the use of kratom for pain relief and to assist with opioid withdrawal symptoms, but had not considered the possibility of using kratom for insomnia. It is indeed much better to use a natural herbal supplement, like kratom, for sleeping problems, rather than a chemically made sleeping pill.
