3. Returns and Refunds:
– No returns on opened products.
– Returns due to invalid address or change of mind are subject to return shipping costs and up to a 40% restocking fee.
– Refunds on unshipped orders are subject to a 20% fee to cover merchant processor expenses.
– No refunds on any open bottles or packages.
– Sealed, original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund.
4. Free Order Gifts Promotion: Restricted to one gift per 14 business days. Free gift strains are subject to availability and are not returnable for refund or store credit.

– First-class shipping typically takes 3-5 business days but can take up to 12.
– Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days but can take longer.
– No refunds for delayed shipping times.
– Orders showing as “Delivered” are the responsibility of the post office if not received.
– All orders are insured and will be replaced if showing “lost” in the mail.

– First class up to 4 pounds, priority mail for heavier orders.
– Flat rate of $30.00 for first-class packages, including insurance.
– 20-business-day wait period for lost packages before reshipping.

– Payments refunded by the bank after delivery must be paid immediately.
