On occasion (About 1 of every 300 orders) a package will be temporarily lost in transit and can be delayed by several days. The USPS tracking information will not update or will show arriving late.
In this particular case per our terms of service you can find HERE we need to wait 10 business days from the ship date to see if it arrives.
If your order has not arrived within the 10 day period we will reship your order priority mail.
Prior to reshipping the replacement order you will need to agree to either send back the original order within 3 business days of arrival, or let us know if you would like to keep it and we will charge the card on file for the original order.
We send an email for customer authorization prior to sending out the replacement order priority mail.
If the original product is delivered (Almost Always Is Eventually) we will send you an email asking for you to let us know if you would like to keep the original order or write “return to sender” on the package.
If we do not receive a response that you have decided to return the order within 3 business days of the original delivery, we will charge the card on file on that 4th day for the original cost.
