If you are paying by Venmo or Cash App your order will be placed on hold until payment is received.

Orders placed prior to 4:00 PM PST and 7:00 PM EST Monday Through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day once payment is received. (Excluding Federal holidays)

Orders placed prior to 10:00 AM PST and 1:00 PM EST Saturday will process the same day aside from holiday weekends. (We do not ship on holiday weekends when the following Monday is a Federal Holiday)

We do not process and/or ship orders on Federal Holidays and Federal Holiday Weekends.

Yes, we are now shipping to Canada and select locations in South America which include:

Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

The laws in other countries aside from Canada and the select places in South America listed above do not have clear guidelines and laws relating to Kratom.

Hopefully, we are able to ship to additional countries in the future but as of now, we are only shipping to the above international locations.

Our name is My Kratom Club but there aren’t any fees you have to pay to order from us.

Our Corporate Office is located in Northern California. We offer promotions that include free upgraded shipping for orders 16 ounces or over, $15.00 store credit for every $200.00 spent, discounts for liking our Facebook page, and the latest shipping cutoff time in the industry.

We DO NOT have a physical store location as we are an ONLINE-ONLY retailer.

Your order will be shipped by USPS by either first-class or priority mail. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Orders placed by 4:00 PM PST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day and orders after 4:00 PM are shipped the next business day excluding federal holidays. You will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail/text once your order has been shipped. You have the option to opt-out of text messaging.

Orders 16 ounces or over will ship by 2-day or 3-day priority mail.

Orders under 16 ounces ship first class with 3-5 day delivery unless upgraded to Priority Mail for $8.00 in checkout.

With every order, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.

All orders must be placed 10 minutes prior to the cutoff times listed below.

Orders placed and processed before 4:00 PM PST and 7:00 PM EST Monday Through Friday will ship the same day and receive a tracking number.

Saturday before 10:00 AM PST and 1:00 PM EST orders will ship the same day. (We Ship Every Other Saturday)

Simply click on the tracking number in the e-mail and you can see where your package is.

If your order is placed after 4:00 PM PST you will receive a tracking number the following business day or Saturday.

Excludes Sundays, Federal Holidays, and Every Other Saturday.

Yes. You can request text updates by stating that in the order notes when placing your order.

You will receive Package in transit texts and a package delivered text.

Currently, our shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more to anywhere in the United States!

If under $50.00 we charge a flat rate of $2.00 to anywhere in the United States.

You can now upgrade to priority shipping for $8.00.

We purchase our Kratom from a  handful of selected brands that provide us with lab results showing that their products contain 100% pure Kratom.

We do not carry powders purchased from Indonesia at this time that are not factory sealed. We only sell products we can verify have been packaged safely in the USA and are 100% pure Kratom.

We will be adding a larger variety of powders once we can confirm quality and safety.

We currently accept all major credit cards. All payments are sent through our secured SSL-encrypted system.
