Why Is My Order On Hold?
All orders once initially placed are put on hold to review.
We are reviewing to be sure that the billing, shipping, and payment details match up through our address verification system
It is important that we also confirm that you are not located in a state, county, or city that Kratom is banned.
Orders placed prior to 2:00 PM PST Monday Through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day if everything looks good.
Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM PST Saturday will process the same day if everything looks good.
We do not process and/or ship orders on Federal Holidays.
Does My Kratom Club Ship Internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally.
The laws in other countries are not extremely clear and defined.
Packages go through customs when shipped internationally which can delay or even stop the package from arriving.
Hopefully we are able to in the future but for now we do not and there aren’t any exceptions.
Are there any fees that I need to pay to join?
Our name is My Kratom Club but there aren’t any fees you have to pay to order from us.
We are a community and a “club”. Most of our customers have all had life changing benefits from this amazing plant.
Where is My Kratom Club located?
Our warehouse is located in Sacramento, California. Due to the fact that our overhead is so low we are able to share excellent prices.
How does My Kratom Club ship my order?
Your order will be shipped by USPS by either first class or priority mail. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day and orders after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day. You will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Is My Order Going to Ship First Class or Priority?
Orders 16 ounces or over will ship 2 day or 3 day priority mail.
Orders under 16 ounces ship first class with 3-5 day delivery unless upgraded to Priority mail for $8.00 in checkout.
How Do I Track My Order?
With every order you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Orders placed and processed before 2:00 PM PST Monday Through Friday will receive a tracking number the same day.
Saturday before 12:00 PM PST.
Simply click on the tracking number in the e-mail and you can see where you package is.
Will I always get a tracking number the same day I place my order?
If your order is placed after 2:00 PM PST you will receive a tracking number the following business day or Saturday.
Excludes Sunday and all Federal Holidays.
Can I have Tracking Updates on My Phone?
Yes. You can request text updates by stating that in the order notes when placing your order.
You will receive Package in transit texts and a package delivered text.
How Do I figure Out The Cost of Shipping?
Currently our shipping is free for all orders of $50 or more to anywhere in the United States!
If under $50.00 we charge a flat rate of $2.00 to anywhere in the United States.
You can now upgrade to priority shipping for $8.00 for all order $79.99 or less.
Where Does My Kratom Club Buy Their Kratom?
We purchase our Kratom from a handful of selected brands that provide us lab results showing their product contains 100% pure Kratom.
Why Don’t I see Different Kratom Powders Without A Brand Name Available In Your Store?
We do not carry powders purchased from Indonesia at this time that are not factory sealed. We only sell products we can verify have been packaged safely and are 100% pure Kratom. We will be happy to offer a larger variety of powders once we can confirm quality and safety.
What types of payment can I use to purchase from My Kratom Club?
We currently accept all major credit cards. All payments are sent through our secured SSL encrypted system.

How Do I Know If My Kratom Is Fresh and 100% Pure?
The Kratom brands we offer are lab tested and 100% confirmed pure Kratom. Every bottle and package we ship we personally make sure it is factory sealed. Each order that comes in to us is hand picked from one of our vendors. It does not sit on the shelf waiting to be sold.
What If I Find The Same Kratom Brand Cheaper on Another Website?
If you are able to provide us the link to another website that offers the same quantity and brand of Kratom for less we will match that price. The total matching price would include the cost of their shipping as well. The item does also need to be in stock.
Please remember that we have completely free USPS shipping. The site with the lower price must accept credit cards as well. If a vendor is accepting Paypal as a payment method we will not match that price. Paypal prohibits the sale of Kratom using their service. Any vendor accepting payments from Paypal is not only putting their business at risk but the customer as well. Paypal will shut your Paypal account permanently if they find out you have purchased Kratom.
Does MKC ship discreetly?
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with the customer shipping address and our return address.
There is no identifying information about the contents of the package.
