This red Kratom has been my lifeline, without it the pain of my condition would be difficult to endure. I would have to use asperin, tylenol, Ibuprofen or other pain relief that would do me much more harm. This however is a better alternative when using the prescribed dose.
This is a very mellow, and gentle kratom variety. It is great for sleep, depending on your preference this may be too light for those that take 4-6 capsules. Compared to the white borneo, which is almost energetic. This strain is easy going and gentle.
Bumblebee brand is used by us for restless leg. Excellent results! Day my husband started using it, he stopped having RLS issues. He has been using this for 7 years. On occasion he will have a small flare before bed but can take extra capsules and it goes away. He alternates between gold and reds. We trust the brand and will stick with it!
