My L5 S1 is bone on bone. About 3 1/2 months ago it became so painful just to go in to make coffee in the morning. My son told me about Kratom And train at one time took the pain away enough to where I could have a normal day. It lasted me all day long. Until I have back surgery or they figure a way to build Cartlidge I will have to take the stuff. It is herbal and healthier than taking opioids. Hello Vietnam is a well balanced type of kratom- great for that soreness in the morning when I first get out of bed, boosting my mood and giving me a little push to get moving. I use the powder, 4 to 6 grams in about a quarter cup of coffee, stir vigorously with a fork, little almond creamer and down the hatch. 2 gulps. Doesn’t taste great, however it works much faster that way. Can feel it working 5 to 10 min after drinking.
Having MS, I can say it works great for pain associated with it. It’s been a real life saver.
